For our 2024 HSHE Fall Speaker Series, speakers focused on the impact of eviction filings on tenant households in Pennsylvania. U-M researchers presented key findings from their recent report, Record Costs: Collateral Consequences of Eviction Court Filings in Pennsylvania, which documents the profound and lasting consequences of eviction filings for the well-being and stability of poor and working-class tenants.
